There are two sections on each recording. Section One is designed for when you are preparing to fall asleep for the night.  Your conscious mind will allow entrance into your subconscious because you will be requested to hear the voice even though you may have fallen asleep.  You may noticed some improvements, perhaps immediately, such as better sleep patterns.
